<p>The present invention relates to a process of forming a pattern of 3D structure with micro size by using a capillary wave which causes the convection of thermal energy generated in a target material by using a laser. Also, the another purpose of the present invention relates to a method for improving energy conversion efficiency by forming a structure of micro-sized pores on the surface of a solar cell by using a laser, and by increasing the absorption rate of incident light by increasing bonding area optically. Particularly, porous curvature with micro size is formed by using phase explosion and capillary wave in a target material by using a laser for transmitting light energy. Thereby, the optical bonding area of a solar cell is extended so that light conversion efficiency is improved.</p> |
