PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating member, a coating device and a coating method capable of driving a coating needle at a high speed and performing circuit plotting such as RFID tag in a short time.SOLUTION: A coating member includes coating needles 24 for coating liquid onto objective material to be worked and movement parts 41, 43, 44, 45, 46 for moving the coating needle 24 in the first direction. The movement parts include a motor 41, a cam member 43 and movable members 44 to 46. The motor 41 has a rotation shaft and is arranged in such a state that an extension direction of the rotation shaft runs along the first direction. The cam member 43 contains a cam surface having a surface part inclined with respect to the extension direction of the rotation shaft and is connected to the rotation shaft. The movable members 44 to 46 are brought into contact with the cam surface and can be moved along the extension direction of the rotation shaft. The coating needle 24 is connected to the movable members 44 to 46. |
