PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical information reproducing method, an optical information reproducing device, and an optical information recording medium capable of coping with a bulk and superhigh-speed data storage system.SOLUTION: The optical information reproducing method reproduces information from an optical information recording medium 2 in which an interference pattern M between information light having many pieces of bit data and reference light for recording is recorded. A three-dimensional data model having many pieces of bit data arranged three-dimensionally is holographically recorded on the optical information recording medium 2 as the interference pattern M. The optical information recording medium 2 is irradiated with the reference light R for reproducing to reproduce three-dimensional space light 110 representing the three-dimensional data model, in a space for reproducing. The three-dimensional space light 110 is imaged from a plurality of different directions, and respective pieces of bit data of the three-dimensional data model are calculated from captured images, whereby recorded information comprising bit data is reproduced.
