FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to jointing of lock links for caterpillar truck and to updating thereof. Lock ring (241) for drive caterpillar (33) comprises first and second semi-links. With first semi-link (42, 43) and second semi-link (44, 45) in as-assembled state, first mating bearing surface of first semi-link (42, 43) rests on second mating bearing surface of second semi-link. First and second mating bearing surfaces comprises first inclined surface and second inclined surface. This truck includes the drive caterpillar. Joint of two lock links comprises two pairs of said links. Every pair includes first and second semi-links. Proposed method consists in dismantling of existing joint, setting of two lock links (241), jointing of first semi-links together and with the other pair of links with the help of a pin, jointing of second semi-links with the help of pin or sleeve and engaging of first with second mating bearing surfaces and coupling of the shoe with semi-links.EFFECT: longer life owing to perfected joint.20 cl, 30 dwg |
