A multifunctional package film and a display apparatus. The multifunctional package film comprises multiple film layers that are overlapped with each other and have multiple different functions. The multiple different packaging film layers at least comprises a polarizing film layer, a phase difference film layer, a water and oxygen resistance film layer, and a support film layer. Simple film packaging is performed on an OLED component and then a layer of multifunctional package film is pasted, so that anti-reflection and water and oxygen resistance effects can be realized. Process operations are simple, and the thickness and the weight of the OLED component can be effectively reduced, thereby improving the display quality thereof.
