<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric culture apparatus having a structure suitable for miniaturization. <P>SOLUTION: The electric culture apparatus includes: an inner vessel 5 whose interior is a culture tank 2 in which a working electrode 3 and a reference electrode 4 are housed; an outer vessel 8 in which a part or the whole of the inner vessel 5 is housed, and which has a counter electrode tank 6 between the outer vessel and the inner vessel 5 to house a counter electrode 7 in the counter electrode tank 6; and an ion-exchange membrane 11 which divides a culture solution 9 in the culture tank 2 and an electrolytic solution 10 in the counter electrode tank 6. The culture tank 2 is disposed on the counter electrode tank 6. The working electrode 3 and the counter electrode 7 are flat plate-shaped electrodes and arranged in the vertical direction. The reference electrode 4 penetrates an electrode hole 3b formed in the working electrode 3 from above, and a detection part is disposed between the working electrode 3 and the counter electrode 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
