PURPOSE: A photosensitive resin composition, a coating film and a pattern using thereof, and a display device including thereof are provided to control the generating of a striation for forming a uniform and high quality coating film. CONSTITUTION: A photosensitive resin composition contains a resin, a polymerizing compound, a polymerization initiator and a solvent. The solvent includes a solvent marked as R1-O-(A-O)n-R2. In the equation, R1 and R2 refer to a chain shaped or branched alkyl group with the carbon number of 1~4, respectively. A refers to a chain shaped or branched alkylene group with the carbon number of 1~3. N is either 2 or 3. The solvent also includes 10~90mass% of diethylene glycol ethyl methyl ether. |
