SINGLE ARRAY SENSOR FOR DETECTING 5 KINDS OF VOCS IN INDOOR AIR AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method to manufacture a single array sensor to sense discrimination of five types of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in an indoor air, and a single array sensor manufactured thereby. The present invention is based not on a multi-layer, but a single array to sense various types of volatile organic compounds and, more specifically, provides a specific sensor to have improved discrimination and sensitivity. To achieve the above, the present invention provides the method to manufacture a single array sensor to sense discrimination of five types of volatile organic compounds in an indoor air comprises: a base providing step of providing a base where a conductive electrode pattern is formed; a chemical coating material providing step of providing a chemical coating solution coated on the base to provide discrimination performance of the volatile organic compounds; a mixing step of mixing a chemical coating solution; a coating step of coating the mixed chemical coating solution; and a post treatment step of enabling the chemical coating solution to dry the coated base.
