1. A fixture, comprising:
a base plate having a recess adapted to receive a laminate substrate, the recess having a bottom surface and opposite sidewalls that are substantially parallel to each other, the base plate including a through hole is centrally located within the recess and extends through an entire thickness of the base plate from the bottom surface of the recess to the bottom surface of the base plate; a center button disposed in the through hole, wherein the through hole and the center button have corresponding threads; and a flat plate demountably attached to a periphery of a top side of the base plate, the flat plate overhangs above the recess along its periphery but does not completely cover the recess.
