<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for detecting an incorrect touch input for vehicle and a method thereof. The purpose of the present invention is to provide an apparatus for detecting an incorrect touch input for vehicle and a method thereof, which may reduce the possibility of accident riskiness due to a driver′s attention dispersion by removing unnecessary operations, such as, returning to a previous state, and re-inputting, through detecting the incorrect touch input generated by trembling (Yaw, Roll, Pitch) of the traveling vehicle based on the driver′s touch power-on time. Accordingly, the present invention, with respect to the apparatus for detecting the incorrect touch input for vehicle, includes: an acceleration sensing unit measuring 3-axis acceleration; a rapid change area calculation unit calculating the area, where the displacement amount per the unit time of the 3-axis acceleration detected by the acceleration sensing unit exceeds the threshold, as the rapid change area of the acceleration; a touch detecting unit detecting a driver′s touch; a touch power-on time measuring unit measuring the driver′s touch power-on time; and an incorrect touch input detecting unit determining whether there is an incorrect touch input when a first time point at which the touch is made is included in the rapid change area of the acceleration while the power-on time of the first time point does not exceed the threshold in response to a detection of the driver′s continuous touch by the touch detecting unit.</p> |
