<p>The present invention relates to a system for separating each sheet of printed circuit boards and a method for controlling the same. The system for separating each sheet of printed circuit boards comprises: a lift part, which has at least one printed circuit board stacked thereon and is lifted upward and is moved downward; a working stand, which is positioned on the lift part and has an empty space formed at the center thereof, wherein the at least printed circuit board is exposed through the empty space; and a PCB separating part, which is installed on the working stand and when the lift part is lifted up to a separation position after passing through the empty space through the lifting movement of the lift part, separates the top printed circuit board, which is positioned on the top of the lift part, through rotation and moves the separated printed circuit board. Accordingly, each printed circuit board is separated and moved in a state where the PCB is stably arranged on the lift part. Therefore, the bending of or damage to the printed circuit board is reduced so that a defect rate decreases. Also, without using the downward movement of the printed circuit board, the printed circuit board is pushed by the rotation of the roller to be positioned at a desired position, thereby preventing the printed circuit board from being damaged due to impact generated in the downward movement.</p> |
