HYDROCARBON RAW MATERIAL DISTILLATION METHOD

The invention relates to the field of petroleum refining and petrochemistry, and specifically to a hydrocarbon raw material distillation method including at least two distillation stages and involving heating hydrocarbon raw material to the lower boiling point limit of a first fraction, feeding the resulting vapor-liquid mixture to a first distillation stage, separating the vapor-liquid mixture, during each distillation stage, into a vapor phase and a liquid phase, removing the liquid phase as a target product, and cooling the vapor phase to the lower boiling point limit of the next fraction. Separation into the vapor and liquid phases during each stage of distillation is carried out in an ultrasonic catalytic synthesis reactor, where the vapor-liquid mixture is processed at the same time as a catalyst, using ultrasound at the inlet to and inside the reactor, and the separated vapor phase is processed in the same way during the next stage, producing a given substance at the output of each distillation stage. At each stage of distillation, the liquid phase of the resultant mixture is fully removed from the ultrasonic catalytic synthesis reactor and fed into a corresponding evaporator where, at the inlet thereof, the liquid phase undergoes ultrasonic processing, and the vapor phase is returned from the evaporator into the reactor separation zone of the same stage of distillation.
