PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric device which inhibits a piezoelectric vibration piece from causing malfunction, being damaged, and being removed from a supporter or a lead when an impact is applied to the device. ! SOLUTION: A piezoelectric device 100 includes: a plate-like piezoelectric vibration piece 10 including plane parts 11a, 11b where excitation electrodes 12, 13 are formed; two leads 30 which penetrate through a base 20 and hold the piezoelectric vibration piece 10 directly or through supporters 40; and a cover 50 which is attached to the base 20 so as to cover a space K including the piezoelectric vibration piece 10. The piezoelectric vibration piece 10 is disposed in a direction that a plane P1 including the plane part 11a intersects with the base 20. The two leads 30 or the supporters 40 are disposed along the plane P1 so as to sandwich the piezoelectric vibration piece 10.
