Disclosed is a motor with a variable magnetic flux which can generate strong magnetic force of a magnetizer without exceeding an allowable electric current. The motor with a variable magnetic force according to the present invention comprises: a first winding wound a predetermined number of times around one or more among a plurality of teeth of a stator; and a second winding wound around the teeth having the first winding, wherein the first and second windings are connected to each other in parallel during the operation of the motor with a variable magnetic flux, and the first and second windings are connected in series during the magnetization of the motor with a variable magnetic flux.
