<p>The invention provides a laminated iron core and the manufacturing method thereof. Gaps between adjacent iron core unit plates and gaps between the bottom of recessed surface and the top of the protruding surface of adjacent riveting protrusions can be eliminated. Riveting protrusions (12) are formed on a plurality of laminated iron core unit plates (11), and comprise pairs of inclined portions (12a) which are inclined oppositely and of which the external ends are integrally connected with the iron core unit plates (11) and connecting portions (12b) for mutually connecting the internal ends of the inclined portions. Protruding surfaces (15) and recessed surfaces (16) are formed on the surfaces and backs of the riveting protrusions (12). In each riveting protrusion (12), the wall thickness (T3) of each connecting portion (12b) is identical to the wall thickness (T1) of the iron core unit plates (11). The wall thickness (T2) of the pair of the inclined portions (12a) is thicker than the wall thickness (T1) of the iron core unit plates (11).</p> |
