摘要 <p>The present invention intends to provide a solar cell that has, by an increase in the absorbance of light of a surface of a solar cell, a reduction in the reflectance, and so on, a high energy conversion efficiency. The problem was solved by a pn junction type semiconductor solar cell that has a porous structure on a surface thereof, characterized in that metal nanoparticles having a surface plasmon absorption are supported in pores present in the porous structure, further, by a pn junction type semiconductor solar cell in which the porous structure is formed in a photoelectric material itself in a pn junction type semiconductor solar cell, or, the porous structure is formed in a light transmission layer disposed on a surface of a pn junction type semiconductor solar cell.</p>
