PURPOSE: A shock reducing device of tape feeders is provided to prevent components from being deviated in a pickup location by allowing the noise and vibration to be reduced. CONSTITUTION: A shock reducing device of tape feeders is composed as follows: A stop pole(151) is movably coupled to a frame(110), and inserted to a tooth form of a latch gear(120), and prevents rotation of the latch gear. In case the latch gear is rotated, a reduction member reduces shock generated when the stop pole is passed to the tooth form of the latch gear by controlling the rotation prevention force of the stop pole. The reduction member is installed in the stop pole, and comprises a stop spring(152) which provides elasticity for stopping the latch gear, and a control lever(160) which reduces the shock by controlling the elasticity of the stop spring. One end of the stop spring is coupled to the stop pole, and the other end is coupled to the control lever. The control lever controls the elasticity by controlling the connection distance with the stop pole. The frame comprises a rotating lever(130) which rotates the latch gear, and a first link(140) which rotates the rotating lever. One end of the control lever is coupled to the first link. |
