<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the risk of disconnection due to downsizing of a circuit board in an endoscope device. <P>SOLUTION: The endoscope device is configured in such a way that: an image pickup element, a first circuit board 50 and a second circuit board are provided inside the distal end of an insertion portion; a plurality of connecting pads 51a-51d for connecting the wiring to the first circuit board 50 by soldering are set so as to form two or more rows extending in a crossing direction of the insertion portion; the plurality of connecting pads are grouped into a first pad group G1 consisting of the connecting pad 51a for allowing the wiring connecting the boards to be connected thereto and the connecting pads 51b, 51c positioned on both ends of each connecting pad row, and a second pad group G2 consisting of the other pads 51d; and when the width in the row direction of the connecting pad 51d belonging to the second pad group G2 is d (Dd) and the row pitch in the row direction of the connecting pad 51d is p, the width D (Da to Dc) in the row direction of each of the pads 51a-51c belonging to the first pad group G1 is more than p and lower than d+p. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
