The present invention relates to a cap for a cosmetic container. More specifically, an intermediate cap having a massage surface formed thereon is coupled to an upper surface of a cosmetic container such that when applying cosmetic liquid discharged from the cosmetic container to skin through the intermediate cap, a user can massage the skin at the same time, thereby preventing skin aging to the maximum. Also, a coating layer created by applying a coating solution mixed with white paint and ceramic powders to a surface of the intermediate cap and hardening the mixed coating solution is formed on the intermediate cap, thereby improving the aesthetic appearance of the intermediate cap and improving skin functions with anion emitted from the ceramic powders. |
