A tubular vibration absorbing body (100) wherein a predetermined number of elastic tubes (40) are formed is manufactured by filling air or oil or a phlegmatic solution or gel inside a flexible hose (10); sealing the left and right ends of the flexible hose (10); and forming a predetermined number of recesses (30) for separation in the longitudinal direction of the flexible hose from the outer diameter of the flexible hose toward the center thereof. Each recess of the tubular vibration absorbing body (100) is tied by a string (200) and connected so that a screen-type tubular interlayer vibration absorbing sheet (1000A) is provided.
