PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an AD conversion processing apparatus in which the data amount of map data can be reduced somewhat. ! SOLUTION: A map data composed of an incomplete sample data is used for both AD conversion of limited voltage range Vam1 and AD conversion of limited voltage range Vam2. More specifically, one map data is used for a plurality of limited voltage ranges, and a solution (incomplete sample data) is acquired based on one map data for any voltage range. When the information about the limited voltage ranges Vam1, Vam2 is given, this incomplete sample data becomes the complete sample data representing the all range of inspection range Vam. !
