The present invention relates to a primer for detecting iridovirus, especially detecting iridovirus by using a loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) and, more specifically, to a primer set for isothermal amplification reaction for detecting iridovirus, which can rapidly and visually check infection by iridovirus in site with high sensitivity, to a primer composition including the same, and to a detecting method using the same.
