A semiconductor device of the present invention comprises: an address cache for storing a physical address of a semiconductor memory device and correlatively writing collection for the physical address; an address monitoring unit for managing the physical address and writing collection information by monitoring a writing request for the semiconductor memory device; and an arbitrating unit for storing a physical address and data requested to be written according to the controlling of the address monitoring unit in a writing cache.
