<p>The present invention relates to an integral type hermetic pump. To solve a leakage problem of working fluid of a typical centrifugal pump, a motor and a pump as a drive unit are put into one case to be sealed, and simultaneously a canned structure between a stator of the motor and a rotor is removed, further enabling the stator and the rotor to directly face each other, thereby solving the leakage problem. Moreover, efficiency of the motor has the same degree of the typical centrifugal pump. The present invention is to provide a pump without having a separate radiator to cool the stator and a bearing. The drive unit is immersed in the working fluid to adopt an oilless bearing. The working fluid is used for noncorrosive fluid. For an environment wherein there is concern about corrosion, an iron core of the stator and a coil wound thereby are applied with insulation coating by a non-magnetic material. And, as a case of a motor body has no canned structure, a manufacturing process is simplified by insert molding.</p> |
