The present invention discloses a backlight unit inspection module and an inspection device therefor capable of detecting whether a light emitting element used in a backlight unit is functioning and inspecting a pitch of the light emitting element effectively. The module and device comprise: a test bar having a transport groove provided with a longitudinal direction and a transverse direction, grooved in a constant depth and width, and extended in the longitudinal direction; a test pad provided with a protrusion pattern formed on one side thereof and inserted into the transport groove, and a light emitting element loaded on the other side thereof; and a location determination unit has a moving unit to move the test pad to the left and right in the longitudinal direction. A plurality of backlight unit inspection modules can be arranged at regular intervals.
