<p>The device has a turntable (1) comprising an assembly portion (2) and an off-set fixing portion (3), where the assembly portion is provided with a crossing hole to receive an assembly unit (9b) i.e. screw. The off-set portion is provided with another crossing hole (7) to receive a fixing unit (4). A rectangle or disk-shaped spacing unit i.e. emboss (6b, 6c), limits a contact surface between a post (P) of a guard rail and the assembly portion of the turntable when the post is assembled with the turntable. The turntable is made of sheet, stainless steel or composite matter. The device comprises a flagstone that is made of concrete, wood, metal and glass.</p> |
