SOLUTION: A building is provided with an air-conditioning facility, and the air-conditioning facility comprises: an air-conditioning duct 32 through which air-conditioning air for air-conditioning a living room 15 flows; and a blowoff chamber 33 that is connected to the air-conditioning duct 32 and blows the air-conditioning air flowing through the air-conditioning duct 32 into the living room 15. The air-conditioning duct 32 and the blowoff chamber 33 are fixed to a partition wall 18, etc. of the building respectively.
