PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque controller of a hybrid vehicle which allows a driver to easily feel good operation response.SOLUTION: A torque controller of a hybrid vehicle includes: an automatic transmission 106 which performs transmission processing; a clutch 104 which is connected to an input shaft 12 and switches transmission and cut-off of engine torque supplied from an engine 102 side when performing transmission processing; a motor generator 108 which can supply motor torque to an output shaft 20a side; and a control part 116 which adjusts output torque by controlling the engine torque and the motor torque. The control part 116 changes the motor torque of the motor generator 108 so that the output torque in the output shaft 20a before the torque transmission state is switched to the torque non-transmission state generates acceleration change equal to or greater than a prescribed value when it is decided that a gear pair of the automatic transmission 106 is changed to another gear pair.
