PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an oyster meat extract-containing jelly which allows a first composition material mainly collected from the sediment and a second composition material mainly collected from the supernatant liquid of a health food to be ingested in a lump together, in particular, enabling a wider range of composition materials to be easily ingested by a person having difficulty in swallowing or chewing, with a relatively long preservation time.SOLUTION: An oyster meat is accommodated in an extracting liquid so as to extract an oyster extract from the oyster meat. The oyster extract is thus driven into the extracting liquid. From the extracting liquid into which the oyster meat extract is extracted, an oyster meat extract composition material is taken out, which is then incorporated into a gelatinizer solution. An oyster meat extract-containing jelly is thus manufactured. |
