PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bilayer-structured spun yarn excellent in an anti-pilling property, dimensional stability in washing, and washing durability while having firm texture and soft touch, texture of crispy feeling, as well as a soft feeling characteristic of a solvent-spun cellulose fiber, to provide a woven or knitted fabric using the bilayer-structured spun yarn, and to provide a method for producing the woven or knitted fabric. ! SOLUTION: There is provided a bilayer-structured spun yarn comprising a core-sheath structure where a heat-fusible polyester fiber is arranged in a core portion 2 and a solvent-spun cellulose fiber is arranged in a sheath portion 1, wherein a mass ratio of the core portion 2 to the sheath portion 1, the core portion/the sheath portion, is 20/80 to 50/50. There are also provided a woven or knitted fabric by at least partially using the bilayer-structured spun yarn as well as a method for producing the woven or knitted fabric. !
