PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular control device for preventing the movement of a vehicle with the start of an engine when one of braking means for maintaining the stop of the vehicle is changed over into the other.SOLUTION: A vehicular control device 100 includes stop/restart means 41 for stopping the engine when satisfying engine stopping conditions and for restarting the engine when satisfying restarting conditions, and first braking force control means 42 and second braking force control means 43 for maintaining braking force to stop the vehicle. It further includes engine starting means 44 for starting the engine when the state that the vehicle is stopped by the first braking force control means is changed over into the state that the vehicle is stopped by the second braking force control means with the engine being stopped by the stop/restart means. |
