PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor light-emitting element array which has the improved utilization efficiency of an epitaxial laminate formed on a growth substrate, by a novel configuration.SOLUTION: A semiconductor light-emitting element array comprises: a supporting substrate whose planar shape is a parallelogram defined by two parallel long sides and two parallel oblique sides, and that has a rectangular first region defined by opposed parts of the parallel long sides and a second region of a pair of right-angled triangles defined at both sides of the first region; a plurality of semiconductor light-emitting elements arranged above the first region, and connected in series to each other; and a pair of power feeding pads arranged above the second region, and connected with the plurality of semiconductor light-emitting elements connected in series. |
