PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a band fitting structure simplifying and facilitating fitting/removal of a band with respect to a case, and wristwatch including the band fitting structure. ! SOLUTION: The band fitting structure includes: a case 1 formed with a groove part 16; a band 5, the end portion 5a of which is connected to the fitting member 10; and a lock member 17 that is provided in the case 1 and removably locking the fitting member 10 mounted in the groove part 16. Consequently, the band 5 can be easily fitted to the case 1 by mounting the fitting member 10 in the groove part 16 and locking the fitting member 10 by the locking member 1.
