PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply converter.SOLUTION: The power supply converter includes a power conversion substrate element including a printed circuit board having a plurality of through holes and electronic parts positioned at the printed circuit board; a ground element; and a plurality of isolated columns physically connecting the printed circuit board with the ground element and matching with the through holes for electrical insulation. A power supply conversion substrate element is further disclosed herein.
