<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sand arrestation soil cement method capable of utilizing soil such as excavation soil etc. which is generated at site while constructing a structure such as sand arrestation dam as a construction material without replacing a part of soil which containing organic soil with crusher run or using any cement-based solidification material.SOLUTION: The sand arrestation soil cement method utilizes steel slag, which is generated during manufacturing steel, in place of a part of soil generated at site. The steel slag is mixed with the soil generated at site, cement and water to neutralize organic component contained in organic soil, which impedes solidification of the cement, thereby facilitating solidification of the cement. Thus, when constructing a structure, the soil generated at site including organic soil can be utilized as a construction material for the structure.</p> |
