DEVICE FOR RECOVERING DATA OF OUTDOOR ADVERTISING SYSTEM USING META-DATA, AND METHOD THEREFOR

The present invention relates to an apparatus of recovering data for an outdoor electronic advertising system using meta data. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus comprises: a data collecting unit for collecting data consisting of content in an outdoor electronic advertising terminal and an operation program; a data type determination unit for dividing the collected data into content and an operation program based on header information of the data; and a recovery data generation unit for inserting, after compressing or buffering the divided data according to a form of the divided data, an extended header and an error correction code to the data so as to generate recovery data. Accordingly, an operation program and a conventional content can be quickly recovered from an abnormal operation caused by updating of content in the outdoor electronic advertising terminal using content in a form of a digital file or by abnormal content. Also, a storage and recovery of an operation software content can be processed at high speed by a predetermined rule, thereby minimizing a pressure of the system in a terminal having a low performance so as to provide a high reliability when operating the system.
