<p>The present invention relates to a photo-alignment film, for example, a liquid crystal alignment film and a liquid crystal cell including the same, capable of improving alignment stability and reducing an afterimage by smoothing an interaction with a liquid crystal layer and making a specific contrast ratio and a specific light viewing angle of a photo-polymerization alignment film. The liquid crystal alignment film includes: a photo-alignment layer which includes a photo-alignment polymer with a light reactor which is partially photo-aligned; and a mesogen layer which includes a curable material of reactive mesogen whose liquid crystal is aligned by the photo-aligned light reactor. The photo-alignment polymer includes a norbornene-based polymer with a specific structure.
