<p>The present invention is a cell monitoring device for controlling a cell group in which a plurality of single cell units are connected in series, and the present invention comprises: a first unit for measuring the voltage across the terminals of the single cell units; a second unit for performing a balancing discharge of the single cell units; and a plurality of voltage detection lines for measuring the voltage across the terminals of the single cell units, the voltage detection lines being connected to the first unit and to the positive electrodes and negative electrodes of the single cell units; a first resistor being provided to each of the voltage detection lines; balancing lines branching from the voltage detection lines being connected to the second unit at a point further towards the single cell units than the first resistors; second resistors being provided to the balancing lines; and the second unit being provided with balancing switches for performing a balancing discharge of the single cell units, the balancing switches being provided for each single cell unit and connected between the balancing lines connected to the negative electrodes and the balancing lines connected to the positive electrodes of the single cell units.</p> |
