A magnetic fluid apparatus using an electromagnetic force is disclosed. The magnetic fluid apparatus comprises: a first substrate layer comprising a first hydrophobic layer; a second substrate layer comprising a second hydrophobic layer; a solution provided between the first hydrophobic layer and the second hydrophobic lay; and a magnetic fluid provided in the solution to flow in response to an electromagnetic force induced by the supply of a current.
