<p>The invention relates to the biomass processing equipment and can be used in zootechnics for shredding straw used in the manufacture of combined feed.The shredder for straw bales of increased humidity comprises a frame (1), on which is mounted a drum with walls (23) forming a tunnel, and a feed conveyor (3). In the upper part of the drum is fixed a door (16), and in its lower part is made an opening (21) for removal of shredded mass. In the drum is mounted a horizontal axis with a rotor (4), consisting of disks, welded on bushes, fixed on the axis. The disks are interconnected by pins, on which, radially to the rotor (4), are fixed through bushes knives (10). On one end of the axis is fixed a fan, and on the other - a drive wheel. To the walls (23) is fixed a sieve (14), to the lower part of which is fixed a toothed plate (15). Between the knives (10) are mounted barriers (20) in the form of semicircle, the ends of which are attached to the walls (23). In the upper part of the door (16) is fixed a plate (17) with windows (18), covered with plates (19).</p> |
