The present invention relates to a user-oriented navigation communication device, and more specifically, to a user-oriented navigation communication device, which recognizes a user and enables communication between the user′s smartphone and a random navigation device to add driving-related records to the smartphone and input control commands to the random navigation device. The user-oriented navigation communication device comprises a voice reception module which receives the voice of the user; a storage module which stores a voice model database; a voice analysis module which converts the voice signal inputted to the voice reception module into a digital signal to compare the digital signal with the voice model database collected in the storage and choose the most familiar model as a digital command; a transmission module which receives the digital command from the voice analysis module and an alarm signal from the smartphone to transmit the digital command and the alarm signal to the navigation device and also transmits password and driving-related data received from the navigation device to the smartphone; and an authentication module which authenticates the user using the password transmitted from an input unit of the navigation device.
