Disclosed is a process of obtaining an extract with lipopeptides characterised in that it comprises extracting in the material fermented with Paenibacillus, at least one of the compounds, Compound 1 and Compound 2, wherein the compounds are as disclosed in the abstract drawing. Also disclosed is the use of these compounds for the preparation of growth promoters and antimicrobial agents for the treatment of prophylaxis.
