A multi-band receiver in accordance with the present invention includes an analog-digital converter which converts multi-band wireless analog signals into digital baseband signals; and a first signal extraction unit which generates a first path signal by changing and sample-delaying a sample rate of the digital baseband signal and generates a second path signal by bypassing the digital baseband signals. The first signal extraction unit extracts the first baseband signal using the difference between the first path signal and the second path signal due to the different sample delay between the first path signal and the second path signal.
