The present invention relates to: a method for producing an RNA membrane allowing lower-cost production of an RNA membrane, which consists of pure RNAs and is thus non-toxic in vivo, the RNA membrane being controllable and being able to be effectively used in in vivo organs such as the pericardium, as well as in the production of peptides or proteins; and an RNA membrane produced thereby. In particular, the present invention relates to: a method for producing an RNA membrane, which allows base pairs to be actively bound while a long strand of linear RNAs that do not form particles is concentrated on the surface of a tube through the induction of an evaporation process, and which also enables the roughness and thickness of the prepared RNA membrane to be controlled by changing conditions; and an RNA membrane produced thereby. |
