<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation detector capable of measuring low dose with a simple structure.SOLUTION: The radiation detector has a radiation sensor which is constituted of sealed space 5 including a first sensor board 1 and a second sensor board 2 therein, which are disposed faced to each other being interposed by a predetermined distance, and the space 5 being filled with a radiation detecting gas. Each of the first sensor board 1 and the second sensor board 2 of the radiation sensor has an electrode 8, 9 which is formed on the respective insulation substrates 6 and 7. An insulator layer 10, 11 of a dielectric material is formed over the insulation substrates 6 and 7 to cover the respective electrodes 8, 9.</p> |
