<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tufted carpet in which a curved uneven shape is applied onto a pile surface.SOLUTION: A recessed part is formed by subjecting a pile surface to stitch processing with a prescribed width by using at least two lines of sewing threads 13 and soft curved surfaces are formed by causing piles 14 on both sides of a stitch processing part 12 to fall down to the stitch processing part 12 side. Thereby, fine curved surfaces can be expressed by effect of the curved shape of the piles 14 and glossiness/color by virtue of the sewing threads 13 of stitch processing. Further, by performing the sewing with at least two lines of sewing threads 13, fine lines can be expressed while preventing the recessed part from being buried. Furthermore, by forming the stitch processing part 12 of a prescribed width, uniform feeling as the line can be expressed.</p> |
