A brewing apparatus of the present invention continuously performs: a first step of filtrating raw wine with friction of a brush rotating in a drum and a cylindrical 100-mesh rotating in the direction opposite to that of the brush after receiving the raw rice wine, which has been fermented and ripened; a second step of filtrating the rice wine, filtrated in the first step, with a cylindrical 130-mesh; and a third step of filtrating the rice wine, filtrated in the second step, with a cylindrical 160-mesh. |
