The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing roseroot tea which comprises the steps of: (a) cleaning raw roseroot at least one time; (b) drying such a petal at 40-95°C for 3-36 hours, and roasting some of powder of such crushed petal at 91-220°C for 2-120 minutes; (c) drying stem of the roseroot at 50-95°C for 3-48 hours, and producing a stem powder by crushing; (d) primarily blending by mixing the remaining of powder of such the petal and the stem powder, and secondarily blending by mixing the roasted powder of such the petal and the primarily blended powder; (e) packing the blended powder by filling in a tea bag, thereby having an effect of mass producing roseroot tea or drinks with great flavor and excellent medicinal effect by the roasting method. |
