The present invention relates to an organic light emitting diode and, more particularly, to a polarizing plate capable of blocking the external light of the organic light emitting diode and the organic light emitting diode including the same. The feature of the preset invention is to include a phase delay attenuation layer on a phase difference plate of the polarizing plate for blocking the external light reflection of the OLED. Thereby, the present invention prevent a problem due to a visible angle property to reduce visibility and the quality of an image like the distortion of the image by preventing the inversion of a color or a light leakage at an oblique angle based on the front side. |
