<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise reducing device for a vehicle reducing noise around a head position while reducing the amount of arithmetic processing for noise reduction. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The noise reducing device 100 for the vehicle, including a noise detection means 20 detecting an interior noise, a signal generation means 17 generating an antiphase signal from the detected noise, and a sound output means 14 driven by the antiphase signal, further includes distance detection means 12L, 12R, 13L, 13R detecting distances between a sound source of the noise and the head of an occupant of the vehicle and delay means D1-D3 for delaying the time for the antiphase signal to reach the sound output means 14 according to the distance.
